When will DOKSIDE open?
DOKSIDE is being developed at ZUIDYARD in Rotterdam. DOKSIDE opens in November 2026. We will share more information as the opening approaches.
What events can I organise at DOKSIDE?
Many kinds of events are possible, from a meeting, company presentation or business dinner to a conference, company party, team outing or full event. Tell us what you would like to organise and we will think along with you.
Do you offer set packages?
We offer a range of packages, and they can be adapted to your wishes. Together we can create a programme that suits your company, guests and event.
Can you organise my entire event?
Absolutely. We can take care of your event from start to finish, from the welcome, rooms and food and drink to transport and activities at ZUIDYARD.
Can I hire DOKSIDE exclusively?
There are several options for business events and exclusive use of spaces. Contact us with your plans and we can discuss the possibilities.

Where is DOKSIDE?
DOKSIDE is being developed at ZUIDYARD in Rotterdam. DOKSIDE opens in November 2026. The address is Doklaan 40, 3081 AD Rotterdam.
What is ZUIDYARD?
ZUIDYARD brings together nine experiences for families, tourists and business guests. At DOKSIDE, you can combine a business event with food, attractions, cruises and other activities on site.
How do I get to DOKSIDE and ZUIDYARD?
DOKSIDE is easy to reach by car, bicycle and public transport. Maashaven metro station is nearby. ZUIDYARD can also be reached by water.
Can I park at DOKSIDE and ZUIDYARD?
Yes. ZUIDYARD has plenty of parking on its own grounds. Parking costs €4 per hour or €22 for a day ticket. The first 15 minutes are free for drop-off and pick-up.
Can my guests arrive by boat?
Yes. We can collect guests from another location in Rotterdam and bring them to ZUIDYARD by boat, so your event can begin on the water.
Can I take a water taxi to DOKSIDE?
Yes. The water taxi can bring you to the ZUIDYARD site.
Your event
How many people can I host?
DOKSIDE offers options for both smaller and larger business events. We will share the exact capacity of each space as the opening approaches.
Can food and drink be part of my event?
Yes. Food and drink can be fully incorporated into your event. From lunch and drinks to a full dinner, we will find an option that suits your programme.
Can I combine my event with other activities at ZUIDYARD?
Yes. That is one of the advantages of DOKSIDE. Combine your gathering with a ride on the Beelen Eye, a cruise with ZUIDYARD Cruise or another activity on site.
Can you put together a complete package?
Yes. We can combine different elements into one programme, such as a welcome, meeting or conference, food and drink, a boat trip and an activity at ZUIDYARD. Tell us what you have in mind and we will create a programme together.
Groups and tailored events
Are large business groups welcome?
Yes. DOKSIDE is being set up for business events of different sizes. For larger groups, we will work with you to find the best setup and programme.
Can the event be tailored to my needs?
Absolutely. Every company and event is different, so we can adapt our packages and add or combine different elements. We will work with you from the first idea until the last guest leaves.
How do I request an event?
