DOKSIDE is being developed at ZUIDYARD in Rotterdam and opens in November 2026. Here we organise business events on and by the water, from a team day or company party to a full-day programme.
No two teams are the same, so our packages can be tailored to your wishes. From welcoming your guests and food and drink to activities and transport, we will put together a programme that suits your team.
A team outing on the water: arrive by boat
Have your team collected from another location in Rotterdam and brought to ZUIDYARD by boat. That way the outing begins on the river Maas.
The water taxi can also bring you to the ZUIDYARD site: it moors at the PIER40 terrace.

ZUIDYARD brings together nine experiences for families, tourists and business guests. Combine your team day at DOKSIDE with a ride on the Beelen Eye, a cruise with ZUIDYARD Cruise (from November 2026) or another activity on site.
